Out of the mouths of babes

ONe day my granddaughter, emma, and I decided to play indoors and that the game should be ‘school’. As it was easter, emma decided we should construct a wordsearch linked to easter. When the word ‘egg’ was raised I, being a retired teacher, decided to ask the significance of the egg at that time of year. After some thought, emma replied: ‘Was it because Jesus kept chickens?’
