Duffy is out to impress

-

MICHAEL DUFFY is determined to dazzle for Dundee — and prove he has a future at Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic. The Northern Ireland Under21 international has joined the Dark Blues on a seasonlong loan having signed for the Parkhead club from Derry City back in February 2015. The winger has his heart set on making a name for himself with Rodgers’ side. And he knows shining for Paul Hartley’s club is the best way to go on and fulfil his cherished Parkhead dream. Duffy said: ‘This is my first season in the Premiership, so I’m hoping it goes well. ‘I’ve got two years left on my deal with Celtic, so my target is to go back there having proven a point with Dundee. ‘I’m hoping I can go out and impress this year. ‘I’ve not spoken with Brendan Rodgers yet, but there’s a lot of wide players and in the No 10 position, so I’m hoping I can do well during my time at Dundee. ‘I’m here to impress.’
