A President on steroids?

ON ThURSDAY, President Vladimir Putin (right) held a sporting event to celebrate Russian athletes, despite many of them being banned from the Rio Olympics due to state-organised drug cheating.

Little surprise there. If ever a man looked as if he’s on steroids, it’s bear-wrestling, bare-chested, horseback-riding, 63-year-old Mr Putin.
