AFTER the shocking events of the closing moments of last week’s episode, the usually sharp and efficient Banks is left reeling. With one of their own the victim of such a brutal attack, Chief Superintendent Anderson wants to hand the case over to another team, but Banks refuses, and hits the ground hard in the search of those responsible. As it comes to light that Annie met with Tamsin, the wife of insidious crime boss Steve Richards, it doesn’t take long for Banks (Stephen Tompkinson, pictured) to deduce that it might have put Annie in danger — but is he capable of seeing clearly?
