MORE than 210,000 paintings in Britain are in public ownership — but only 20 per cent of them are displayed, meaning some gems are languishing in the vaults. In part one, Jacky Klein and Dr Bendor Grosvenor (pictured) are at the Swansea Museum, where they find everything from a stuffed pigeon to a lost work that could ‘rewrite art history’.
