has signed a deal with Ross County until the end of the season. The 32-year-old former Scotland and Rangers winger had been a free agent since leaving Nottingham Forest in May — and admitted that a summer on the scrapheap left him fearing his career may be over. Burke (right) said: ‘This is a fantastic club, one that is really going places. The facilities are great — every bit as good as anything down in England. ‘I was concerned in the summer, being without a club at my age. But this is a really exciting move for me.’
