RAPUNZEL is reimagined as a feisty gal with magical locks and a mind of her own. None too pleased to find herself trapped in a tower, she breaks free for an adventure.

STAR PROFILE Arena: No Direction Home — Bob Dylan, 9pm, BBC4

MARTIN SCORSESE’S profile is long, but Dylan is such a compelling presence that you barely notice. The director tries to demystify his subject here through rare footage and interviews, but he doesn’t quite succeed. Just as well, as Dylan’s mystique is part of his charm.

LIZ has tired of Red’s ‘help’ and has taken to rolling her eyes at him like a surly teen — but could he finally hold the key to saving her daughter? Elsewhere, events take an absurd turn when Aram goes undercover: ‘The safety word is banana,’ he is told. Somehow, everyone
