Tax chaos

PLANS to force small businesses to submit digital tax returns four times a year could lead to ‘significant’ costs for small businesses, the Treasury Select Committee says. MPs claim the start date of next April is ‘wholly unrealistic’ and that uncertainty over the impact of Brexit could make pressing ahead with the plans ‘imprudent’.
