Win back our trust

-

‘TRUST me, I’m a politician.’ When are politicians going to abide by this statement?

Nicola Sturgeon has to come cl ean. Latest r eports state Scotland would have huge f i nancial problems f rom the outset of independence.

recession and austerity are guaranteed in both the short and medium term. Couple this with the obvious fact that the European Union would not want to admit another failing country that was in a worse state than Greece.

Independence bids should be shelved for many years. The SNP should concentrate on the welfare of all people rather than fixate on a few who want independence at any price.

Stimulate the economy by cutting taxes for all. Stimulate spending. Cut politically inspired waste such as baby boxes or pointless court cases about Brexit.

To regain our trust the SNP must be seen to be helping everyone. At the moment they are only helping their own supporters.
