Insult to intelligence

TONY Blair has been accused of insulting the intelligence of the electorate over the vote to leave the European Union.

This is nothing new. He insulted the intelligence of the electorate and Parliament when he insisted t hat Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.
