Rare strike treasured by Craigen

-

JAMES CRAIGEN does not often get on the score sheet, but when he does they are usually special strikes, and Saturday’s was up with the best of them by the Falkirk midfielder. Craigen’s half-volley put the Bairns level after Thomas O’Ware’s opener but neither could claim second place in the Championship table. ‘I scored one similar to that last season, a chest and volley, which was up for goal of the season,’ said Craigen. Falkirk went behind when Ross Forbes picked out O’Ware, who headed past Danny Rogers. The Bairns levelled when Craigen volleyed home from 22 yards. Falkirk went in front when Aaron Muirhead converted a penalty, but Morton secured a point when Forbes fired home.
