Investing in our future

BOEING, Nissan, Apple, Honda, Amazon and Airbus have all decided to invest in expansion in Britain after the Brexit vote. I started to wonder if the SNP policy of higher personal tax and higher business rates is having an adverse effect on these companies investing in Scotland?

I would suggest that Nicola Sturgeon should harness her Government’s energy to entice work and investment coupled with highly educated labour to this country which would in turn help to reduce the country’s deficit. JAMES DAVIES, Garlieston, Wigtownshire.
