Mel B seduced me, got me drunk and filmed me having sex with her husband, says nanny
THE ex-nanny accused by Mel B of having an affair with her husband claims the singer seduced her, got her drunk and used her for group sex sessions.
Lorraine Gilles is suing the former Spice Girl for defamation after Miss Brown alleged that the nanny became pregnant by Stephen Belafonte and allegedly portrayed her as a ‘homewrecker and prostitute’.
Miss Gilles, 26, claims that Miss Brown seduced her when she was 18 years old and that the pair enjoyed a long relationship. She says she only had sex with Belafonte in the pop star’s presence.
In court papers, her lawyers say: ‘Gilles’ sexual and employment relationship with Brown continued for around seven years.
‘The only times Gilles and Belafonte had sex was when Brown herself invited her husband to join the couple in the bedroom, at which point Brown would often serve as the “cameraman” and record the sexual encounter and/or take part in the menage a trois herself.’
It comes after mother-of-three Miss Brown, 41, alleged that the nanny had a fling with Belafonte, got pregnant by him and had an abortion.
Miss Gilles says Miss Brown told her that she and her film producer husband enjoyed an open relationship.
The court papers reject the claim that Miss Gilles became pregnant by Belafonte, also 41. She insists that her pregnancy was the result of a one-night stand in West Hollywood and that Miss Brown helped her through her abortion, after which she returned to work.
The papers add: ‘Brown embraced Gilles’ youth, sexuality and kind nature, treated Gilles as a best friend and lover, and trusted Gilles enough for her to grow close to the children and serve as a mother figure for her children for seven years.’
Miss Brown has claimed that Miss Gilles was in control of a number of sex tapes of the threesomes, which the nanny has now denied.
She is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages, while Belafonte,
‘Treated as a best friend and lover’
to whom the singer has been married for nearly ten years, is trying to gain access to their young children through the courts.
He has been accused of hurting Miss Brown in a string of domestic incidents. She has been granted a restraining order which he is seeking to overturn. The divorce hearing is due to begin in Los Angeles today.
On Saturday, Miss Brown put the drama to one side as she enjoyed a day out in Malibu, showing off her figure in a close-fitting white shirt, matching jeans and thigh-high grey boots.
