Not a bright Bloom at all

-

Lord of The rings actor orlando Bloom has been pilloried for trying to play the common-man card and saying on a BBC radio show that he was just a ‘pikey from Kent’.

As he was privately educated, had a privileged childhood and has never run a carousel on a Bank Holiday weekend, this gaffe has enraged the national gypsy-Traveller-roma council.

And rightly so. Bloom was never the brightest boy on the block — his career peaked when he played Legolas in the Tolkien trilogy. in all its nine hours and 18 minutes, he spoke about six lines of dialogue. in his case, less is definitely more.
