THE once permanently glowering Jay-Z claims fatherhood has changed him for the better. ‘My idea of being in Heaven is in your daughter’s laughter. Hell could be if your child’s missing for three minutes,’ he has gushed.

Even so, he was ‘missing’ a lot longer than three minutes just over a week ago — he was 3,000 miles away from his heavily pregnant wife in Jamaica, working on new music with Bob Marley’s son Damian Marley. Travelling so far days before the twins’ birth was a risk many devoted husbands wouldn’t have taken.
