McDonnell the menace

-

THE behaviour of Labour’s shadow chancellor John McDonnell is beyond comprehension. He is inciting unrest and violence, and this surely must be investigated by the police.

If he were an ordinary person attempting to incite insurrection, he’d already have had his collar felt.

I voted Labour all my life until the last election, when I feared that certain MPs were a serious danger to this country. God forbid if they ever get into government.

I believe the likes of McDonnell, Jeremy Corbyn, the Unite union and Momentum have a hidden agenda they are desperate to implement by whatever means possible.

This includes making political capital out of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, which was beyond belief. They don’t care about this country or what damage they do as long as they get into power. They need to be stopped before it’s too late.

ALUN MOWE, Presteigne, Powys.

IF AN ordinary member of the public made the same statements as John McDonnell, they would be arrested and charged under the anti-terrorism laws. His actions are an affront to freedom and democracy, and they make a mockery of his position in Parliament. S. GERRARD, York.

SINCE John McDonnell likes the Marxist way of life so much, he shouldn’t try to change Britain, but instead migrate to Russia, where he would find it more to his liking. I wonder how he would fare if he tried to incite an insurrection there? DEREK HOUGHTON, Bournemouth, Dorset.

IF LABOUR gains power, they would spend, spend, spend, while John McDonnell would strike, strike, strike. BRIAN CHRISTLEY, Abergele, Conwy. TUC conference: Together Undermining Conservatives.

JOHN EVANS, Wokingham, Berks.
