And Jennifer Lawrence proves she is every inch the femme fatale as she plays a Russian ballerina turned spy in her latest film Red Sparrow.
The 27-year-old stars as Dominika Egorova, who is recruited by the Russian security service to seduce – and then kill – its enemies.
The film’s trailer shows her walking by a pool in the eyecatching swimwear, turning the head her co-star Joel Edgerton, who plays a CIA agent.
Earlier the Oscar-winner, who rose to fame playing Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games films, is seen wearing a brunette wig and low-cut red dress as she sits on the edge of a bed.
The trailer then cuts to a scene showing a man about to be suffocated.
Meanwhile a voice-over says: ‘When I was in Moscow, I heard about a program of young officers trained to seduce and manipulate. To use their bodies. To use everything.
‘They call them sparrows. That’s what she is.’
