This week: Jane seymour’s arms JANE SEYMOUR was a Bond girl in the Seventies, and retains the toned physique she had four decades ago. She has said she owes her firm arm muscles to an organic diet, yoga and Pilates, which she has been practising since 1976.

WHAT TO TRY: Stand with your feet apart, arms by your sides. Hold hands in loose fists, palms facing back. Bend your knees and hinge forward at the waist, arms hanging towards the floor. Keeping shoulders down, lift your arms to push your elbows up and out to the side, level with yourhead — engaging your triceps at the top. Release arms down to the floor. Repeat 12-15 times and perform three to four sets.
