Millennials under fire… for not drinking and having enough sex!

THE younger generation are always being berated for their wild ways by elders and betters.

But this time they’re being criticised for not drinking, smoking – or having enough sex.

The reprimand came from Four Weddings And A Funeral star Simon Callow, 68, as he spoke about how older people enjoy a healthy sex life.

The actor, whose husband Sebastian Fox is 33 years his junior, said: ‘What’s going on with millennials?

‘They remind me of what Field Mar- shal Montgomery said to Churchill: “I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I eat moderately. I’m celebrating my 80th birthday tomorrow.” And Churchill said, “How?”

‘Statistics say millennials don’t have very much sex, either.’ The actor said despite the age difference between him and his husband, he still wakes up first because he is so busy.

But despite his hectic working life, he revealed he wouldn’t want to live very long if it meant relying on medication. He told the Radio Times: ‘We have very different energies. Seb is very lively and in fantastic physical condition, but he’s much more inclined than I am to sit down and just take things calmly. I’m always up before him, doing whatever needs to be done.

‘I’m a nearly 70-year-old man in good health and vigour, but with a finite amount of time left on this planet. So many of my friends are dying and I don’t want to go on and on if it means taking vast numbers of prescription drugs.’
