LOTTO BOSS National Lotteryown­er Camelot i s expected to announce the appointmen­t of Nigel Railton as chief executive today.

Railton, 50, who is chief executive of Camelot Global, the group’s technology and profession­al services arm, has been tipped to replace andy duncan, who stepped down in april after six years.

Railton has also been acting head of Camelot’s UK division since duncan’s departure.

PUB FLOAT the IPO of pub owner The City Pub Group has been given the green l i ght f or thursday and is expected to raise an extra £5m.

the pub group hopes to raise £46.6m from the placing, valuing the company at £96m.

the City Pub Group runs 34 premium pubs across southern england, including St aldates tavern in Oxford, the Old Fire House in exeter and the Nell Gwynne in London’s Covent Garden.

CHINA TIE-UP Russia’s stateowned oil supplier Rosneft has clinched a deal to supply 60.8m metric tons of oil to China’s CeFC China energy Company. the fiveyear deal comes two months after CeFC bought a 14.2pc stake in Rosneft for £6.9bn.
