- By Laura Lambert and Antonia Hoyle

She has won over viewers with her no-nonsense attitude… and a range of bikinis showing off her toned physique.

Now Georgia Toffolo has been named the favourite to win I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of here!.

The Made In Chelsea star, 23, has spent the past fortnight slumming it in the Australian jungle.

And with just over a week remaining of the ITV show, she has now been named the runaway favourite to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.

While former Scottish Labour leader Kezia Dugdale has failed to impress viewers and the bookmakers, Miss Toffolo has proved unexpectedly popular.

The socialite – also known as Toff – is said to be worth more than £1million. She makes thousands of pounds by promoting products on Instagram, where she has more than 725,000 followers. Despite her reputation as a ‘posh’ girl, Miss Toffolo has captivated I’m A Celebrity viewers with her behaviour.

The star – who has been a member of the Conservative Party since the age of 14 and is a staunch Brexiteer – has had to tackle several of the dreaded Bushtucker Trials, including eating spiders and cockroaches on a ‘dinner date’ with footballer’s wife Rebekah Vardy.

In Thursday’s show, she had to drink cocktails made from ingredients such as blended camel’s teat, mashed up flies and scorpions, and blended pigs’ snouts.

Miss Toffolo has set pulses racing with her regular visits to the jungle shower in skimpy bikinis.

She has also endeared herself to viewers through her friendship with Boris Johnson’s father Stanley, who at 77 is the oldest celebrity ever to take part in the show.

In one Bushtucker Trial, she described the former politician as ‘flexible, agile and handsome’ and later gushed: ‘I have always said I do have a thing for older politicians before I came in here... and can confirm that is still standing!’

Miss Toffolo, who was educated at £31,950a-year Blundell’s boarding school in Tiver- ton, dropped out of a law degree after her first year to pursue her TV career. Although known for her appearances on the Made In Chelsea reality series, Miss Toffolo has also worked at a political think-tank and done stints at The Lady magazine.

The star, whose parents divorced when she was small, now lives in the upmarket area of Kensington, in West London,

her popularity on the programme came as a surprise, with some fans admitting they expected not to like her.

Bookmakers yesterday cut the odds on her being crowned Queen of the Jungle to just 8/15 in next Sunday’s final. her nearest challenger is boxer Amir Khan at 5/1, while actor Jamie Lomas is 7/1.

A Coral spokesman said: ‘Not only would it be a shock not to see her crowned Queen of the Jungle, it would also be no surprise if she’s the most popular winner ever.’

Alex Apati, of Ladbrokes, said last night: ‘Toff has to do something pretty spectacular NOT to win this year’s I’m A Celeb. She’s proving a hit with viewers and punters alike, and the odds speak for themselves.’
