Is arranging the royal wedding on Cup Final day an own goal?
WHY the surprise that Harry and Meghan have chosen Cup Final day for their wedding? This intelligent couple had the wherewithal to maintain secrecy in their blossoming romance for a good six months before it was announced. Given that Prince Harry is rebellious, unconventional and a royal non-conformist, just like his mother Diana, the choice of his wedding date is far from an own goal. It is a chivalrous attempt to shield his wife-tobe from all the bally-hoo of being part of a royal soap opera.
