can the Army drop its long-running Be The Best slogan without inviting unhelpful speculation that it no longer fits that description — and, even worse, it knows it no longer deserves to be called the best? As if being the best was somehow something to be ashamed of. Unbelievable that military spin doctors marched straight into this mess.
