Royal Ballet star Dame Darcey Bussell says she coaches ballerinas nowadays from the comfort of a chair. ‘I don’t do any ballet dancing any more,’ says Strictly judge Darcey, 48. ‘I coach principal ballet dancers every day but fortunately I don’t have to get out of my seat. They’re so talented, they don’t need me to demonstrate anything.’
