Lessons learned?

ANOTHER publicly quoted company goes to the wall, the directors walk off with millions, the auditors get a slap on the wrist, the regulators get a ticking off and the employees and shareholders are hung out to dry.

after censuring the culprits, politicians tell us lessons have been learned, no one is to be prosecuted and we think it won’t happen again . . . until the next RBS OR BHS. JAMES ROBERT-POULAIN,
