Standing up for Scotland?

TRYING to throw a spanner in the works of Brexit is not Holyrood ‘standing up for Scotland’ but the SNP standing up for its supporters.

The UK Government must do all it can to secure the best Brexit deal and if that means ignoring the remainers at Holyrood, so be it. T. MICHAELS, Dumfries.

ONCE, people who suggested shutting Holyrood were seen as a bit too radical. But now the question, ‘What is it for?’, is on many lips. How about we close Holyrood until the next general election and see what appetite there is for its return?
