My seven-year-old son Tobyn and I were walking by a river when he saw some fish. He looked at me and said: ‘If I had my boots on, I would go in and catch one for dinner.’ I replied that I don’t eat fish, and he said: ‘Mummy does. don’t worry, I would catch a cow for you.’
