manager Ray McKinnon has been reunited with his former Dundee United player Charlie Telfer after snapping up the midfielder on a 12-month deal. Telfer played for Almere City in the Dutch First Division last summer but his contract ended last week and McKinnon has fought off stiff competition for his signature. ‘We’re absolutely delighted to have Charlie on board,’ said McKinnon.
