Then you won’t want to miss this year’s Scottish Homebuildi­ng & Renovating Show – and with your Scottish Daily Mail, you can claim two free tickets and save £24.

The popular event returns to the Royal Highland Centre at ingliston, Edinburgh, on October 20 and 21 and is a mustvisit exhibition for selfbuilde­rs, home renovators and improvers.

The show will be packed with inspiring ideas and informatio­n, hundreds of plots and renovation opportunit­ies and thousands of dream home suggestion­s.

More than 130 exhibitors will be showcasing the latest products and services, and visitors can enjoy facetoface consultati­ons and advice from experts at 16 free seminars and 25 masterclas­ses.

Free expert advice will also be on offer at the advice Centre, where you can take your plans, outline drawings or ideas and speak to architects, builders and planning experts, as well as a member of the Homebuildi­ng & Renovating magazine team.

The show will be open from 10am until 5pm on Saturday, October 20, and 10am until 4.30pm on Sunday, October 21.
