Crown star’s husband gets very cosy with his co-star
THE Crown star Claire Foy and her actor husband Stephen Campbell Moore announced their four-year marriage was over in February. Now I can reveal that Stephen is enjoying the company of young actress Sophie Cookson, his co-star in a forthcoming KGB spy drama. The couple were snapped canoodling in London with Sophie even wearing his cap in a sign of their intimacy.
When Claire, 34, and Stephen, who have a three-year-old girl, Ivy Rose, revealed their split they admitted they had been apart ‘for some time’.
Sophie, 27, and Stephen, 38, spent much of last year together filming the drama Red Joan, the story of the KGB’s longest-serving British spy. Sophie plays the agent in her younger days. She got engaged to actor Andrew Gower in 2014, but they never tied the knot.
Foy recently revealed she was diagnosed with ‘fatigue’ after the birth of her daughter. The actress was forced to take a break as she juggled her Hollywood career with being a new mother.
Speaking to American Vogue, she said: ‘You can keep yourself going for a long time, and that’s what I’ve pretty much been doing since I gave birth. My body has paid the price.’
Foy also said Netflix enabled her to work on the Crown when her daughter was just four months old.

Green, North London, is selling the home she shared with Campbell Moore. However, it appears their relationship is amicable as Foy refers to him as her ‘best friend’. She said: ‘I’m incredibly lucky that I have a child with someone I deeply love and who is my best friend.’
Campbell Moore was diagnosed with a benign brain tumour while his wife filmed series two of The Crown. Speaking after surgery, he said: ‘You realise you’re not the most important person and everybody who loves you goes through far worse.’
