FOUR women turn up out of blue for coffee – in the same jacket
WE’VE all had that awkward moment when we’ve turned up somewhere to find another person wearing the same outfit.
So imagine the embarrassment when these four women realised they were stood in the queue at a coffee shop in near-identical yellow puffer jackets.
All saw the funny side, though, and mum- of-five Rebecca Birch joked they were a ‘ray of sunshine in difficult times’ after getting another customer to take a snap.

‘Such a funny thing to happen’
to discover they were wearing the matching jackets. When they got to the Caffe Nero in Sherborne, Dorset, they spotted another customer in yellow. No sooner had the three started to remark on the incredible coincidence when a fourth woman joined them in the same coloured jacket. Mrs Birch, from nearby Wincanton, said: ‘It was such a funny thing to happen. We were like, “oh my god, we’ve got the same coat on”.’ After the picture was posted on social media, it got 21,000 likes. Mrs Birch added: ‘It’s a sign of the times – we’re all standing there with our masks on. It’s quite poignant.’
