Where’s the cash gone?

THE Fraser of Allander Institute think-tank states that £1billion of the £8.2billion allocated to the Scottish Government has not been spent, while businesses are closing every day and we still can’t get Test and Protect working properly.

I’d like to see the balance sheet to see where the money is going. They haven’t a clue about finance as most of them haven’t had a proper job.
