Hugh’s flop ‘ended his A-list career overnight’

HUGH Grant has blamed a flop film he made with Sarah Jessica Parker for the end of his reign as a Hollywood leading man.

He says Did You Hear About the Morgans? – a 2009 comedy with the Sex And The City actress – was a ‘massive turkey’.

Grant, 60, said being a ‘very well-paid leading man’ was ‘suddenly gone overnight’.

He also admits he had ‘a bad attitude’ from 2005 onwards’ because he’d ‘had enough’, he told the Los Angeles Times.

In recent years he has seen a career resurgence in grittier projects, playing Liberal leader Jeremy Thorpe on TV and his current role in Sky’s murder mystery The Undoing.
