ROB LOWE plays Lincolnshi­re’s new Chief Constable in ITV’s culture-clash drama, which often has the feel of a western and begins a repeat from the start tonight. Wild Bill was an awkward mix and only six parts were made, but it’s also always entertaini­ng because Lowe is a star and stars demand your attention.
