STEPHANIE, 33 VITAL STATISTICS

SINGLE with three children aged nine, 11 and 13.

CURRENT ROLE

MODEL and owner of a hair-extension business.

WOULD LIKE TO MEET

SOMEONE who is a nice person, inside and out.

DATING PAST?

I’VE never married but I had one long-term relationship of 12 years. I’ve now been single for four years.

PRE-DATE NERVES?

I WAS so nervous I could hardly breathe. when I go to photo shoots for my job, I’m calm. But when I had my picture taken for this date, the make-up girls and stylists couldn’t believe how nervous I was and kept helping me to calm down.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS?

FROM the moment he walked in, I was like: ‘well, hello!’ He was tall, good-looking and he was wearing the sort of top where I could see that he had a nice body underneath. we greeted each other with a peck on the cheek and when he turned around I noticed he had a good bottom, too.

EASY TO TALK TO?

SO EASY. every time he ordered some food, he wanted to share it with me saying, ‘you have to try some of this’, which I thought was lovely. we had so much fun. we talked about our work, our past relationships and what we’re looking for. He was so easy-going, my nerves disappeared.

EMBARRASSING MOMENTS?

NONE. although when I brought up that I had three children, he admitted he was scared of having a family because he didn’t know if he could cope with that kind of commitment. when I told him my children were my absolute world, he seemed intrigued to know how I could love them so much. But it didn’t put me off him.

DID SPARKS FLY?

VERY much so. when we left the restaurant, he grabbed my hand and we walked together to a bar. we carried on drinking and the conversation kept flowing. I’m not going to say much more but it was a very late night and we had a lot of fun.

SEE HIM AGAIN?

DEFINITELY. He’s messaging me saying he misses me and has asked me when I’m next in london so we can meet up. and he’s even applied for us both to be on a tv show together, telling them I’m his girlfriend. I’ve no idea what’s going to come of that but hey — it’s a bit of fun.

WHAT DO YOU THINK HE THOUGHT OF YOU?

I THINK he was impressed. the fact he introduced me to some friends later that night shows he liked being seen with me.

WOULD YOUR FAMILY LIKE HIM?

I SHOWED my 13-year-old daughter a picture of him and she said: ‘oh mum,

he’s cute!’ I think they’ll like him. as long as I’m happy, they’re happy.
