CLOUDS hung low, the seas boiled and rain dripped dismally on to the pebbles. It was not, by anyone’s imagination, a nudist’s paradise. LAWRENCE DALLAGLIO, 50. The Londonborn former England rugby union captain dedicated himself to the sport only after the death of his sister, Francesca, in the Thames Marchioness disaster when he was 16. He said: ‘Losing my sister was devastating. It made me more determined to do something to bring my parents together.’ As a child, he was in the King’s House choir and sang backing vocals on Tina Turner’s We Don’t Need Another Hero and in Evita on the West End stage.
