A25-year love affair with luxury natural fibres has seen The House of Bruar take its unique brand of classic country style from strength to strength, rising from humble beginnings to a major Highland tourist destination. Working in partnership with some of the UK’s last remaining textile mills, they produce exclusive creations in premium materials including silk, merino, lambswool and pure cashmere. Highest quality knitwear is complemented by an impressive selection of pure new wool British tweeds and plaids, mixing authentic traditional designs with brand new original offerings, providing everything needed for the complete country wardrobe. The House of Bruar also sends their buying team across Europe and beyond to find up-andcoming brands that capture the latest trends in country clothing, as well as featuring muchloved classics including Dubarry, Schoffel, Levi’s and Tommy Hilfiger, not to mention the largest range of Barbour products in the UK. Situated just outside of Blair Atholl off the A9, the store welcomes over two million visitors each year, and they continue to expand to meet the needs of their customers. Joining their Art Gallery, Fishing Shop, Gift Shop and Homeware Department this Autumn will be a new dedicated Stalking Department, which will feature clothing, footwear and accessories from the world’s leading brands.
