RSA’S COVID-19 COMMISSIONS

Twelve artists have been commissioned by the Royal Scottish Academy (RSA) to create works in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The artists will each receive £2,500 to help them research and create their pieces, which will be exhibited at the RSA in Edinburgh early next year. All the artists are recent graduates based in Scotland and were selected by RSA members. RSA director Colin Greenslade said the artists would be the ‘chroniclers’ of the changes to our lives caused by Covid-19. www.royalscottishacademy.org
