Needles ready

Knitters are invited to create colourful squares that will be stitched together into a patchwork mosaic and draped over the Adam Bridge at Dumfries House in Ayrshire next year to form an art installation. The project is part of the ‘Knitwise’ initiative run by The Prince’s Foundation and The Joseph Ettedgui Foundation to help knitters turn their hobby into a viable business. Once the art installation ends, the bridge’s cover will be turned into blankets that will be distributed to local charities.
