A seven-night round-trip combines several culinary destinatio­ns into one epicurean epic. From London, take the train to Bordeaux for wine tastings, then on to Madrid for a dose of art followed by Seville to sample tapas. Then take the fast train to Barcelona for pica-pica (light bites). Next stop Lyon, the culinary capital of France, then whizz to Paris in time for one last bistro lunch before riding the Eurostar back to London.
