If you have any trout left over, try this really quick pâté recipe. Mash two trout fillets in a bowl and add the following ingredient­s, then simply mix together and serve with warm crusty bread.

¼ TEASPOON PAPRIKA

A DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER

2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE

1 TEASPOON MAYONNAISE

1 TABLESPOON CRÈME FRAÎCHE
