The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrates’ courts from November 2-7
CRAIG STEPHENSON, 47, of Horton Road, Datchet, was fined £150 and told to pay £117 costs for resisting constables in the execution of their duty in Slough on May 28.
YUK KUEN LAI, 62, of Beaulieu Close, Datchet, was banned from driving for two years, fined £562 and told to pay £141 costs for failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Maidenhead on September 16.
MATEUSZ SWAT, 40, of Langley Road, Slough, was fined £80 and told to pay £32 costs for theft of a motor vehicle in Slough on May 29.
DOMINIC DAWKINS, 43, of Langley Road, Slough, was given a one-year conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation for fraud by false representation in Slough on December 27, 2019.
RICHARD HARCUP, 56, of Rochford Gardens, Slough, was fined £220 and told to pay £570 costs for parking in a marked disabled bay and displaying a blue badge while the owner of the badge was not present in Slough on December 5.
MIHAELA CALOTA, 31, of Winvale, Slough, was fined £220 and told to pay £232 costs for being registered to a vehicle which did not meet its insurance requirements in Slough on September 18 last year.
KEERAT DHALIUAZ, 21, of Cedar Way, Slough, was fined £220 and told to pay £232 costs for being registered to a vehicle which did not meet its insurance requirements in Slough on September 13 last year.
QAISAR DANIEL, 31, of Pendeen Court, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay vehicle excise back duty of £32.50 and £200 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Slough on June 8, 2018.
BILLY HART, 28, of Ashbrook Road, Old Windsor, was fined £220 and told to pay £232 costs for being registered to a vehicle which did not meet its insurance requirements in Slough on October 25 last year.
JAVED IQBAL, 60, of Hampshire Avenue, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay vehicle excise back duty of £108.34 and £200 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Slough on September 9 last year.
FARRAH KHAN, 28, of Priory Way, Datchet, was fined £220 and told to pay £232 costs for being registered to a vehicle which did not meet its insurance requirements in Slough on June 7 last year.
HANAS MAHROOF, 35, of Hardy Close, Slough, was fined £220 and told to pay £232 costs for being registered to a car which did not meet its insurance requirements in Slough on July 23 last year.
JASPREET HEAR, 38, of Mina Avenue, Langley, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, told to pay £1,035.20 compensation and £207 costs for fraud by false representation between December 20 and December 30.
SHARON PEARL, 37, of Foxborough Close, Slough, was given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £186 compensation for using threatening/abusive words or behaviour and theft from another person in Slough on August 25.
RYAN TAYLOR, 23, of Chepstow Court, Britwell, was told to pay £290 costs and told to comply with a community order within the next 18 months for assault by beating and criminal damage in Slough on May 2.
GRZEGORZ MACHAJ, 43, of Horton Road, Slough, was given a one-year driving ban, fined £375 and told to pay £118 costs for drinkdriving in Old Windsor on October 3.
NICOLAIE TUTA, 30, of Aldridge Road, Slough, was given an 17-month driving ban, fined £500 and told to pay £135 costs for drinkdriving and driving without a licence in Slough on October 4.
DUMITRU TUTA, 27, of Holmedale, Slough, was given a one-year driving ban, fined £533 and told to pay £119 costs for driving without insurance and without a licence in Slough and failing to provide a specimen for analysis on October 4.
