The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrate­s’ courts from January 25-30

MONTANA SMITH, 18, Thorney Lane North, Iver, was fined £70 and told to pay £34 costs for using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour in Iver on December 26.

AARON RAJA, 24, of Paxton Avenue, Slough, was fined a total of £88 and told to pay £117 costs for cannabis possession in Windsor on March 1 and Slough on January 27.

SUNITA RAM, 40, of High Street, Slough, was fined £45 and told to pay £74 costs for breaching a restrainin­g order in Slough on May 27.

AJAY BUDHRAJA, 36, of Trelawney Avenue, Slough was banned from driving for two years, fined £877 and told to pay £172 costs for drink-driving in Slough on December 2.

LISA MOLYNEUX, 52, of Marescroft Road, Slough, was banned from driving for two years, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs for drink driving in Slough on December 3.

PHILLIPA MORRIS, 50, of Kings Road, Ascot, was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £800 and told to pay £165 costs for drinkdrivi­ng in Windsor on July 29.

JACEK AMANOWICZ, 37, of Hencroft Street North, Slough, was given an eight-week prison sentence and told to pay £128 costs for three counts of breaching a restrainin­g order in Slough on September 2, November 14 and November 17.

CHRISTOPHE­R WHITE, 36, of Doddsfield Road, Slough, was fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs for crack cocaine possession in Slough on October 25.

MARIAN MARIA, 33, of Ledgers Road, Slough, was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £300 and told to pay £119 costs for drink driving in Slough on December 25.

CAMERON WEBB, 22, of Pemberton Road, Slough, was fined £270, given six penalty points and told to pay £119 costs for failing to report a road accident in Langley on January 2, 2020.

JAMIE BOYLE, 38, of High Street, Langley, was fined £160 and told to pay £119 costs for using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour and resisting a constable in execution of duty in Slough on December 1 and failing to surrender to custody on January 21.

MAHDI RIZA, 31, of Bath Road, Slough, was given a oneyear community order and told to pay £180 compensati­on for using racially aggravated threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour and using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour towards a police officer in Maidenhead on December 15.

ANDRE DARROUX, 28, of Goldsworth­y Way, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined £120 and told to pay £34 costs for drug-driving in Reading on February 8, 2020.

SHAFFI DARR, 22, of Hazelmere Road, Slough, was banned from driving for six months, fined £200 and told to pay £34 costs for driving with no insurance in Slough on September 18, 2019.

SULTAN AHMED, 32, of Wellington Street, Slough, was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, was banned from driving for 14 months, and given a one-year community order for failing to stop at the scene of an accident and driving without insurance in

Slough, on May 6, and failing to stop at the scene of an accident in Slough, possession of cannabis and failing to provide a specimen for analysis on June 12. He was also given a restrainin­g order for three counts of assault by beating in Slough on April 20 and told to pay £1,073 costs and given a restrainin­g order for harassment in Slough between April 10 and May 10

ASHLEIGH WHITE, 25, of Kingsbury Drive, Windsor, was told to pay £100 compensati­on, £705 costs and given a one-year community order for assault causing actual bodily harm and criminal damage in Maidenhead, on September 20, 2019.

PAULO SILVA, 44, of High Street, Slough, was banned from driving for two years, fined £120 and told to pay £119 costs for failing to co-operate with a roadside breath test in Thatcham and failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Loddon Valley Police Station on September 11
