The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrate­s’ courts from April 12 — April 17

FAISAL KHALID, 35, of West Crescent, Windsor, was banned from driving for three years, fined £80 and told to pay £119 costs for drink-driving in Windsor on January 27.

VIJAY TANDA, 40, of Hilary Road, Slough, was fined £700 and told to pay £770 costs for cannabis possession in Slough on August 16.

JOANNE CRANDON, 47, of Eight Acres, Burnham, was banned from driving for 18 months, given a two-year conditiona­l discharge and told to pay £50 compensati­on for assault by beating of a police sergeant in Clacton on Sea, Essex, on October 27, 2019 and for failing to provide a specimen in Clacton on Sea, Essex, on October 26, 2019.

MOHAMED OMAR, 29, of Australia Road, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined £672 and told to pay £152 costs for three counts of drug-driving in Langley on August 25.

PIOTR SUPRUN, 42, of Moorland Avenue, Colnbrook, was banned from driving for six months, fined £440 and told to pay £129 costs for failing to cooperate with a roadside breath test and being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on the A4 Colnbrook Bypass on March 3.

ZEBA BHATI, 27, of Northern Road, Slough, was banned from driving for five months, fined £220 and told to pay £119 costs for driving while disqualifi­ed and driving without insurance in Slough on January 10.

RAJESH MOHAN, 37, of Pennine Road, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined £240 and told to pay £119 costs for drug driving in Slough on September 17.

STUART BROWN, 27, of Eight Acres, Burnham, was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, given a 18 month community order and told to pay £590 costs for assualt by beating in Maidenhead on December 26 and for an orginial offence which was subject to a community order.

DOMINIC DAWKINS, 44, of Langley Road, Slough was given a 20-week prison sentence and told to pay £128 costs for vehicle interferen­ce on April 15 in Slough and commission of a further offence during a period of a suspended sentence.

ADAM SMITH, 50, of Lincoln Way, Slough was given a 26week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, banned for driving for 96 months and told to pay £213 costs for driving whilst disqualifi­ed in Slough on January 7 and driving without insurance.

AARON MOODY, 28, of Ledgers Road, Slough was given a 26-week prison sentence and told to pay £128 costs for stealing a wallet and contents worth up to £25 in Langley on April 22.

PAUL RUSSELL, 23, of St George’s Crescent, Slough was given a one-year community order and told to pay £180 costs for possessing a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place in Iver on January 8.

KRZYSZTOF BINKIEWICZ, 37, of Albert Street, Slough was given a 18 month community order and told to pay £95 costs for two counts of assault by beating in Slough on August 20.

DARIUSZ MADEJ, 47, of Liddell Way, Ascot was banned from driving for 36 months, given a one year community order and told to pay £180 for drink driving in Ascot on January 12.

JAMIE BRANSCOMBE, 23, of Longwood Avenue, Slough, was given a one year community order and told to pay £180 for possessing a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place in Slough on December 4.

ZINA RMIKI, 24, of Furnival Avenue, Slough was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, banned from driving for 36 months, fined £50 and told to pay and told to pay £213 costs for drug driving, driving whilst disqualifi­ed and without insurance in Slough on June 21 and driving whilst disqualifi­ed and without insurance in February 10 in Slough and failing without reasonable excuse to cooperate with a roadside drugs wipe.

JULIAN DUNN, 39, of Upton Park, Slough was given a oneyear conditonal discharge and told to pay £34 costs for theft from a motor veicle in Slough on April 18.

KHAYAM QURESHI, 40, of Cranbourne Close, Slough, was banned from driving for 36 months, given a two-year community order and told to pay £180 costs for drugdrivin­g in Slough on July 5.

NATALIA GIZINSKA, 36, of Fotheringa­y Gardens, Slough, was fined £300 and told to pay £234 costs for assault by beating in Slough on August 20.

KARL HANLEY, 45, of Goodwin Road, Slough was fined £200, told to pay £250 compensati­on and £119 costs for being in charge of a dog which was dangerousl­y out of control in Slough on August 11.

TIMOTHY COLLINS, 57, of Springfiel­d Road, Windsor, was banned from driving for three months, fined £200 and told to pay £119 costs for driving whilst disqualifi­ed in Windsor on November 21.

JAMIE BOYLE, 38, of High Street, Langley, was fined £270 and told to pay £169 costs for three counts of theft from a shop in Windsor on February 12, 2020, and for handling stolen goods in Windsor on the same date.
