Free cycling sessions for women

HSBC UK Breeze is one of the UK’s biggest-ever programmes to get more women riding bikes for fun and fitness, with more than 130,000 like-minded women taking part.

All rides are free and are guided and organised by British Cycling-trained volunteers. Breeze Champions support women of all ages and abilities in a friendly environmen­t where they can build cycling skills and confidence.

Abergavenn­y-born Olympic medallist, world champion cyclist and fan of Breeze Becky James wants more women to experience the joy of cycling in Wales: “Breeze rides are fun and friendly rides for women and there really is something for everyone – from easy-going rides, right through to more challengin­g rides for those that already cycle and simply want to meet more like-minded women to ride with.

“Breeze offers a warm welcome and supportive environmen­t for women who want to cycle together at times and places that fit around busy schedules.
