Cabinet member Peter Bradbury officially opened the hub by cutting the cake.

The hub includes a library, cafe, community hall and meeting rooms.

“We’re really pleased to have been able to deliver this great facility for the communities of Llandaff North and Gabalfa. We’re grateful to our partners who are helping to make the hub such a success.”

Ward councillor Dilwar Ali said: “The new hub looks great and makes a real difference to the communities in Llandaff North. It’s a one-stop shop with facilities for all.
