Sixth form study at St John’s College, Cardiff is a sure-fire success story!

-

THE year-on-year achievements of the sixth form students at St John’s College, Cardiff (top independent school for A-level results in Wales for 17 years) has prompted the new headmaster, Gareth Lloyd, to widen the scope of sixth-form applications.

Mr Lloyd believes this will encourage entrants from schools and backgrounds who are still pondering whether this proven academic pathway to higher education is for them.

Prospective candidates and parents still have the opportunity to explore what St John’s has to offer and to discover the exciting co-curricular enrichment programme dedicated to enhancing even further the sixth form provision and university prospects for young adults.

Gareth Lloyd, formerly headmaster of the equally-renowned Ratcliffe College in Leicester, said: “It is not too late for discerning parents and young people to explore the opportunities available.

“There’s still time to reap the benefits of working hard, playing hard and caring about their own and others’ aspirations in this mixed, established school of teaching and learning, which is rated as excellent in all respects by Estyn inspectors.”

Contact the college on 029 2077 8936 or email admin@stjohnscollege cardiff.co.uk to book an exploratory appointment (bring the family along if child-minding is a problem).
