Suzuki slashing prices – for one day only

-

SUZUKI will be staging a belated Valentine’s Day “love in” at its 154 dealers in the UK by slashing prices on new models by £500.

The sales push sees the price of the Celerio city car reduced to £7,499 for one day only on Saturday, February 17.

The event is the latest in the Japanese brand’s series of SuzukiSaturdays which it launched last year and applies to any new model ordered on the day and registered before February 28.

Suzuki is also reducing PCP payments on its models to reflect the price cut. As a result, a five door Suzuki Swift SZ-T with 1.0litre Boosterjet engine is available with a deposit of £1,916 and 42 monthly payments of £147 plus an optional final payment of £4,905.

Similarly, the recentlyintroduced 1.2-litre Ingis Adventure Limited Edition is available with a deposit of £2,216 and 42 monthly instalments of £147.

The Ignis has just won the “True MPG” accolade at this year’s What Car? Awards as the most economical car evaluated by the magazine in 2017 notching up an average of 59.6mpg.

Other price cuts see the S-Cross SZ5 compact crossover with a 1.4-litre Boosterjet engine and automatic transmission at £25,599 while the limited edition 1.6-litre Vitara Kuro compact SUV can be had with an initial payment of £3,390 and 42 monthly payments of £187.

Dale Wyatt, director of automobile at Suzuki GB, said: “SuzukiSaturdays is all about giving even greater value for money across the model range. We are therefore expecting it to be a very busy day across the country, hopefully exceeding the sales orders of our previous events.”
