aerospace, Fintech, AI, renewable energy etc. The markets both worldwide and in Europe for these post Brexit are huge but these never get a mention. We are constantly told the EU is our best market, bigger than the US but don’t Remainers find it strange that in the 40 years we have been in the EEC and latterly EU, Europe has not produced a Microsoft, Google, Facebook or Apple?

Listening to the anti-Brexit brigade I hear echoes of George Orwell’s Animal Farm. At every turn it’s Brexit bad, EU good. Instead of repeating that mantra, can I urge them to take another look at the opportunities?
