It was founded and is run by philanthropist and YouTube chef, Giovanni Malacrino, whose imprint on Cardiff has gone far beyond his widely-adored restaurants.
Last year, Giovanni was invited to 10 Downing Street where he received a special recognition for his dedication towards running and utilising small businesses.
